Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 1st, 2024Thank you for your interest in my art commissions!These Terms of Service (TOS) outline the agreement between myself, the artist, and you, the commissioner (client), regarding commissioned artwork. Please read this document carefully before placing a commission. By commissioning artwork, you agree to be bound by these terms.1. Commission Process
• Pricing: My commission prices are based on complexity and can be found on <Prices> on the main page.
• Payment: I accept payment through Paypal and Vietnamese bank transfer. Half of the payment is required before I work on the commission, the other half is required after color sketch.
2. Communication and Updates
• Communication: I will communicate with you throughout the commission process. I will typically send at least 2 WIP (work in progress) images for your feedback at rough sketch and color sketch.
• Revisions: I am happy to make minor revisions to the artwork during the sketching and initial coloring stages. Major revisions or changes requested after the artwork is complete may incur additional fees.
• Client Updates: Feel free to reach out for updates at any time, but please be respectful and avoid daily inquiries.
• TAT: 1 week to 2 months. If the commission is not finished in 2 months, a refund to the commissioner will be guaranteed.
3. Client Usage
• Personal Use: You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only, with credit to me, the artist. This includes using the artwork on social media profiles, printing it for personal use, or setting it as a wallpaper.
• Commercial Use: If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, prints for sale, YouTube thumbnails, etc.), you must obtain written permission from me beforehand. Commercial use fees are an additional 300% of the base price.
• Restrictions: The artwork may not be used in any way that is hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory. The artwork cannot be used for AI training or the creation of NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
4. Copyright and Ownership
I retain all copyright and ownership rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing a license to use the artwork, not the artwork itself.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations by You: I will issue a full refund if I have not yet begun work on your commission. If I have already started working, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion, based on the amount of work completed.
• Cancellations by Me: I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
6. Disclaimer
I strive to deliver high-quality artwork, but I cannot guarantee complete satisfaction due to the subjective nature of art.
